Hi there! I’m David Cheong, a Property Trainer who’s been passionate about teaching the RES Course since 2011. Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of guiding more than 5,000 students on their journey in the real estate industry. As a Property Agent with PropNex Realty, Singapore’s largest and SGX-listed real estate agency, I bring a wealth of experience to the table. 🏢📚
While I don’t do recruitment, I focus on property consultancy, transactions, asset progression, property wealth management, investment, and legacy planning. My true passion lies in helping people become more professional in their property work and empowering agents to make a real difference in their clients’ lives. 🌟🏠
I believe in the power of storytelling and honest conversations. I share life stories and real-life property cases to make learning refreshing and engaging. Many of my students find this approach not only effective but also inspiring. 📖✨
Now, a heads-up: I’m known for my straight talk and brutal honesty. Some may find it a bit much, but I genuinely believe that exposing darkness is the first step to solving problems. I embrace this ethos but don’t expect everyone to be like me. I’m here to influence and inspire, not to push. 💬🔍
On a personal note, I am a follower and ambassador of Jesus Christ. I love sharing God’s love and the Gospel with those who are open to listening. The Good News is that God can redeem our lives and give us hope and a future. ✝️💖
One of my favorite scriptures is from Isaiah 61:1-3 (NKJV):
“The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me, Because the Lord has anointed Me To preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives, And the opening of the prison to those who are bound; To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, And the day of vengeance of our God; To comfort all who mourn, To console those who mourn in Zion, To give them beauty for ashes, The oil of joy for mourning, The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; That they may be called trees of righteousness, The planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified.” 🌿🕊️
